Qualifications

• 60 college hours with GPA ≥ 2.5; 24 hours in early childhood/youth development or related courses.
• Transcript or Para Pro certification proof required.
• Missouri DESE substitute teacher certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom instructors with data entry on student learning and attendance.
• Prepare and sanitize classroom materials in line with licensing and best practices.
• Assist in team teaching, planning, and daily schedules; support behavior management.
• Monitor student behavior and reinforce positive actions during Pre-K day.
• Collaborate with peers, parents, and volunteers; participate in involvement activities.
• Attend professional development sessions as required.
