Stepping Stones Academy Incorporated is seeking an Infant Classroom Rockstar to join our Greenwood, Indiana team. You will help create a warm, loving, and engaging environment for our littlest learners as part of a collaborative care team.

Our infant teachers support babies’ development through play, songs, books, movement, and one-on-one attention, ensuring each child feels safe, loved, and confident throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play.
• Read, sing, talk, and interact with children throughout the day.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Communicate with parents about their child's day, development, and needs.
• Complete daily classroom documentation and required records.
• Follow all center policies, state licensing requirements, and health and safety guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
