The Learning Experience - Mason, OH is seeking an Infant Teacher who loves caring for infants and creating a safe, stimulating environment. You will provide attentive, developmentally-appropriate care, follow each child’s routines, and support milestones while engaging families with daily updates.

Join a team that values strong communication, teamwork, and a nurturing approach. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior childcare experience is preferred.

• Build trust with families and maintain daily communication with parents.
• Keep the classroom clean and compliant with licensing standards.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and Center Leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, loving, and nurturing classroom environment
• Provide attentive, responsive care while following each infant’s individual needs and routines
• Implement our L.E.A.P.® curriculum through age-appropriate activities, play, music, and sensory experiences
• Support important developmental milestones
• Build strong, trusting relationships with infants and their families
• Keep parents connected to their child’s day, including feedings, naps, diapering, activities, and milestones
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets licensing standards
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and Center Leadership

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for caring for infants
• Patient, nurturing, attentive, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• 6+ months of professional childcare experience required
• One year or more of experience preferred
• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements
