Rainbow Tribe Early Learning Center in Pawtucket/Providence, RI, is seeking an Early Learning Program Coordinator to lead instructional quality and program operations across all classrooms. You will coach educators, align practice with RIELDS, DCYF licensing, and BrightStars (QRIS) standards, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will oversee curriculum guidance, coaching, assessments, family partnerships, and efficient operations, with a

• Maintain DCYF regulations, ratios, health/safety protocols, and readiness for licensing.
• Support DAP and guide teachers in Creative Curriculum, Reggio, Montessori, HighScope, and STEAM.
• Conduct walkthroughs, provide feedback, model SEL/PBIS/trauma‑informed practices.
• Strengthen observation systems, analyze child/classroom data, and lead CQI goal‑setting.
• Support communication with families, conferences, workshops, and community resources.
• Manage lesson plans, incident reports, safety logs, schedules, onboarding, and training.
• Use Procare and Google Workspace for attendance, communication, and reporting.
