Job summary

NurturEd in Rhode Island is seeking a Lead Teacher to join our early childhood team. You will work with Teacher Assistants to create a safe, healthy, structured, and nurturing learning environment, guiding children through reading, play and discovery.

The role emphasizes partnering with families, curriculum development, and involvement in accreditation and quality initiatives. We offer training, benefits and a path to professional growth, with 1–3 years of experience in this age group preferred.
