Job summary

Rainbow Tribe Early Learning Center in Pawtucket/Providence, RI, is seeking an Early Learning Program Coordinator to lead instructional quality and program operations across all classrooms. • Maintain DCYF regulations, ratios, health/safety protocols, and readiness for licensing.
• Support DAP and guide teachers in Creative Curriculum, Reggio, Montessori, HighScope, and STEAM.
• Conduct walkthroughs, provide feedback, model SEL/PBIS/trauma‑informed practices.
• Strengthen observation systems, analyze child/classroom data, and lead CQI goal‑setting.
• Support communication with families, conferences, workshops, and community resources.
• Manage lesson plans, incident reports, safety logs, schedules, onboarding, and training.
• Use Procare and Google Workspace for attendance, communication, and reporting.
