Child Focus, Inc. in Cincinnati seeks an Early Learning Division Officer to provide strategic leadership across Head Start, Early Head Start, and related programs. You will oversee quality, compliance, and enrollment while guiding program development and fiscal stewardship.

The role reports to the executive team and partners with the Board of Directors, Policy Council, and external stakeholders to advance the agency’s mission and drive excellence across all early learning initiatives.

Competenze

• Minimum five years' supervisory/administrative experience in early childhood or program administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, grant management, and child development.

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to all Early Learning Programs working closely with leadership to ensure best practices and quality standards.
• Monitor compliance with all applicable regulations and implement a quality assurance system to meet and exceed minimum standards.
• Evaluate growth opportunities based on community trends and funding opportunities; design responsive programs and pursue grants.
• Collaborate with Board of Directors, Policy Council and leadership to align programs with the agency’s mission and vision and meet community needs.
• Serve as liaison with the Head Start Regional Office, Ohio Department of Education, and funding entities to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Provide supervision to Early Learning Programs management team including Asst. Directors, Office Manager, and BAS Program Coordinator.
• Monitor financial status with the fiscal office to establish budgets and monitor expenditures.
