Best Point Education & Behavioral Health seeks an experienced Vice President to provide department-wide leadership across early childhood and school-age services in Greater Cincinnati. This executive role covers education, home visiting, after-school programs, and prevention services, with accountability for strategy, finances, compliance, quality, partnerships, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6+ years leadership in nonprofit settings.
• Experience with program planning, budgeting, and operations.
• Experience with grant development or fundraising.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and performance management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the department.
• Oversee a portfolio of early childhood and school-age programs.
• Research and implement evidence-based models.
• Develop standard operating procedures for quality and fidelity.
