Job summary

Cardinal McCloskey Community Services is seeking a Sr. Administrative Director of Education to lead the Early Childhood Education Division (ECED). You will develop systems for program management, guide staff, and coordinate regulatory and funder requirements across CMCS childcare programs.

Strong leadership, fiscal acumen, and Head Start experience are essential. Join a mission-driven team that partners with families and public/private funders to advance high-quality early education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership or related field.
• 12+ years of executive management with budgeting and staff oversight.
• Experience in early childhood/head start education and program development.
• Ability to collaborate with funders, regulators and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CMCS childcare programs per funder requirements.
• Make strategic operations decisions with Senior VP ECED.
• Lead annual self-assessment and strategic planning activities.
• Guide staff toward high quality program outcomes and external partnerships.
• Monitor performance via observations, meetings and records reviews.
• Ensure compliance and incorporate improvements from assessments.
