Job summary

Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood Development Center in Minnesota is seeking an Educator's Aide to support Lead Educators in creating a warm, inclusive learning environment for young children.

You will assist with lesson plans, supervise children, help with classroom setup, and communicate with families through our center platform. This role emphasizes growth, safety, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must meet the Minnesota DHS Educator’s Aide qualification requirements.
• Previous experience with young children in childcare is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing play-based, age-appropriate activities aligned with standards.
• Provide active supervision to ensure safety and engagement in all activities.
• Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and safe classroom environment.
• Support positive family communication during drop-off and pick-up and via the center’s platform.
