Yellow Brick Road is seeking an Educator’s Aide to support teachers in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for young children in Minnesota. You will help implement curriculum, supervise children, and maintain a welcoming, safe classroom aligned with our values.

Responsibilities include guiding social-emotional growth, supporting routines, and communicating with families during drop‑off and pick‑up.

Qualifications

• Must meet Minnesota DHS Educator’s Aide qualification requirements.
• Experience with young children in childcare is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Educator with play-based, age-appropriate lessons.
• Supervise children and observe developmental milestones.
• Maintain an organized, clean, safe classroom environment.
• Support positive behavior guidance strategies.
• Greet families and share daily updates via the center's platform.
