Qualifications

• Must meet the Minnesota DHS Educator's Aide qualification requirements.
• Previous experience with young children in childcare is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 65 lbs and being on feet for long periods.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Educator with play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with Minnesota standards.
• Provide active supervision to ensure safety and engagement in all activities.
• Support in maintaining an organized, clean, and safe classroom environment and positive behavior guidance.
• Greet families and share daily activity updates using the center's communication platform.
