HELP USA's Haven program in Manhattan, NY 10037 seeks a Childcare Aide to support Day Care/Early Learn within our family shelters. You will help children continue learning and developing despite homelessness, working with teachers and families.

You will assist with curriculum, keep equipment clean, and welcome families daily, encouraging volunteering and participation in the children's program. A High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with preschool children are preferred; bilingual

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent or relevant experience.
• Experience with preschool age children.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Teachers and Assistant Teachers with curriculum, lesson plans and daily activity schedules.
• Keep equipment clean, sanitized, and report damaged items.
• Greet children and families daily and encourage parental involvement in the program.
