About Play seeks an Early Interventionist to serve Charleston, North Charleston and Summerville in South Carolina. The role requires residency in SC and 1 year of experience with children birth to six.

Prior intervention experience is preferred or recent graduates with related degrees and willingness for on‑the‑job training. The position offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:30–5) with a base salary of $40,000 plus mileage reimbursement up to a $565 monthly cap, yielding potential earnings up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of documented experience with children birth to six.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree in any field with 5 years of documented experience with infants/toddlers or birth to 5 with disabilities.
• Willingness for on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with delays or disabilities.
• Perform family training in home, daycare or natural environments.
• Provide training, education and support to families in child development, parenting and family functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote child development.
• Monitor progress of child and family.
