Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Health is seeking social workers and counselors with active Maryland licenses to support the Montgomery County Early Intervention Program. Work focuses on behavioral support in schools and homes for students with challenges, in a year-round role.

Responsibilities include caseload management, collaboration with school staff and families, and participation in program development. Some duties may be virtual, with a strong emphasis on in-person service delivery in Silver Spring, MD.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in Maryland (LCSW-C/LCPC/LMSW/LGPC) or equivalent.
• Graduate degree required with relevant education in social work or mental health.
• Experience with Early Intervention and school/community-based services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active caseload of Early Intervention students.
• Attend meetings with the Early Intervention team.
• Assist in program development and related tasks.
