Job summary
ABA LABS PTE LTD is seeking an Early Intervention Service Practitioner to support children and families by delivering developmentally appropriate interventions. You will conduct screenings, design and implement tailored intervention plans, and provide direct services including therapy and family training.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or diploma accepted.
- Experience with infants/toddlers/young children with delays.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct developmental screenings and assessments to identify at-risk children.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Provide direct intervention services including therapy, family training, and educational activities.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create an inclusive environment.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, assessments, and progress reports.
- Stay informed about best practices and participate in professional development.
