Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support students and teaching teams through the referral process for special education.
• Implement classroom interventions to support students with challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with coaches and managers for effective classroom interventions.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of coaching practices

Experience with diverse, low-income children

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Master’s Degree preferred
