Tucci Learning Solutions is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist in Santa Cruz, CA to implement the IFSP within a family-centered, play-based setting and support five developmental areas with coaching for families.

You will maintain learner records, collaborate with parents and team, travel to multiple sites, and participate in staff meetings while upholding health protocols to promote growth across social, emotional, and cognitive domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, psychology, or related studies.
• Experience working with children and/or adults in homes and community settings.
• Proof of TB clearance and CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and cope with active child interaction.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with parents/caregivers and team to implement behavior and learning outcomes.
• Assist families to identify in-home objects and materials for learning activities.
• Prepare and demonstrate materials to engage the child and encourage participation.
• Record instructional and behavioral data for learners.
• Move between multiple work sites as required and attend staff meetings.
