All About Kids seeks a Special Instructor/ABA Provider to deliver evidence-based interventions in homes, classrooms, and natural settings across Queens and NYC. You will support social, emotional, and cognitive development for children from birth to school age with individualized plans.

Requirements include MA/MS, NY SPED certification, and ABA training or willingness to be trained. Excellent communication and time management are essential, with a flexible schedule and on-site mentoring provided.

Qualifications

• MA/MS and NY State Teaching Certification (SPED) required.
• Special Education Permanent Certificate; SLD, TSSLD, or Deaf/Vision certifications preferred.
• ABA training 10–12 hours minimum or willingness to be trained.
• Excellent oral and written communication and time management.

Responsibilities

All About Kids is seeking dedicated Special Instructors and ABA Providers to provide high-quality, individualized services to children from birth to age 3 and up to school-aged children across Queens and all NYC boroughs. Position Overview:

As a Special Instructor or ABA Provider, you will deliver evidence-based interventions using play-based and naturalistic methods within children’s homes, classrooms, or other natural settings. Your work will support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, helping them reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• MA/MS and New York State Teaching Certification (SPED) in:
• Special Education Permanent Certificate
• Students with Disabilities, Birth to Grade 2
• Teacher for Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD)
• Teacher of the Deaf/Vision
• Proficiency with computers and knowledge of electronic billing systems a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management, punctuality, and readiness to work!
• ABA Only – Minimum of 10-12 hours of previous ABA training or willingness to be trained

Compensation:

$50-$85 per 60 minutes, depending on experience and program
