Job summary

Medstaff Group is seeking a certified Special Instructor / ABA Provider to deliver 1:1 ABA-based services for children from birth to age five in Jamaica. This contract role offers a flexible caseload and the chance to impact daily environments for young learners.

Responsibilities include home or daycare visits, implementing Early Intervention goals, and coordinating with the child’s care team. Candidates with relevant certifications and pediatric experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• One qualifying certificate: Permanent Special Education, Birth–Grade 2 (issued before 2004); Students with Disabilities, Birth–Grade 2, Initial or Professional; or TBVI, TBPS, TDHH, TDH, TSHH, or TSLD
• Specific experience working with children under age five; general pediatric experience alone is not sufficient
• Comfort providing services in home- and daycare-based settings
• One year or more of experience specifically with young children is preferred; mentorship possible for newcomers

Position Overview

A growing Early Intervention agency is seeking a certified Special Instructor / ABA Provider to deliver Special Instruction and ABA-based services to children from birth to age five in Jamaica. This contract role offers a flexible caseload and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children’s everyday environments.
