Job summary

All About Kids in White Plains, NY, delivers high-quality ABA services to children and families. Integrate ABA strategies, collect data, and coordinate with caregivers for meaningful outcomes.

Your role involves data-based decisions, progress documentation, crisis management, and caregiver training within home or classroom settings. State certifications and 10–12 hours ABA training are required; flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-12 hours of previous ABA training.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic billing systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, punctuality, and readiness to work!

Responsibilities

• Apply ABA principles and techniques to promote skill acquisition, enhance learning and modify interfering behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data on skill acquisition and interfering behaviors to assess effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of skill acquisition progress, treatment interventions, and modifications to inform formal plans.
• Develop and implement positive behaviors supports to improve interfering behaviors.
• Manage and de-escalate crisis situations effectively and safely.
• Develop tailored strategies for clients with high levels of interfering behaviors.
• Educate and train caregivers, parents, and family members on ABA techniques to support client development.
• Collaborate with families, related service providers and classroom/daycare staff for cohesive service delivery.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate treatment efforts.
• Engage in regular internal professional development with ABA team for latest research and best practices.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality regulations regarding client information.
• Ensure all communications and documentation are managed securely and appropriately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10-12 hours of previous ABA training

• Reliable transportation, driver's license, car insurance

• Proficiency with computers and electronic billing systems

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent time management, punctuality, and readiness to work!

• BA/MA/MS and New York State certification in any one of the following areas:

  • Special Education Permanent Certificate

  • Students with Disabilities Birth - Grade 2

  • Teacher for Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD)

  • Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH)

  • Teacher of the Deaf/Vision

Compensation

• $60-$90 per 60 minutes
