Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks dedicated professionals to deliver early intervention services to families with children birth to 3 years, in home and community settings across the catchment area.

The role requires licensure in social work or related mental health field, pediatric experience, strong communication, and ability to coordinate with a trans-disciplinary team and community providers. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

  • MSW licensure as LCSW or LICSW required.
  • LMHC/LMFT licensure or eligibility required.
  • Two years pediatric experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledge of infant-toddler development across services.
  • Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services (child care, medical, social services, and specialty providers for autism or hearing/vision loss).
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
  • Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.

  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Qualifications
  • Social Work: Master’s Degree in Social Work; Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Mental Health: Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology or Educational Psychology OR Current Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or license eligible for LMHC or LMFT
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
