Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking dedicated social work professionals to support families with children birth to 3 years who have developmental delays or are at risk.

You will provide home-based services, collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team, conduct screenings and assessments, and help coordinate Individual Family Service Plans. Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work with licensure (LCSW/LICSW or LMHC/LMFT), pediatric experience preferred, and proficient tech skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work is required.
• Current licensure as LCSW/LICSW or LMHC/LMFT is required or licensure eligible.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

The primary focus of early intervention is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow. We provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.

Qualifications

Mental Health: Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology or Educational Psychology OR Current Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or license eligible for LMHC or LMFT

Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.

Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
