Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Missouri licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a team of behavior analysts providing high-quality early intervention services in a clinical setting focusing on play-based learning.
• Provide direction, instruction, and support to clients and families during sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and update treatment plans and goals at least every three months.
• Ensure evidence-based methodologies reflect current research.
• Create engaging materials for programming and assessment needs.
• Collaborate with families and staff on language support strategies.
• Participate in team meetings to ensure clinical continuity.
• Manage caseloads and complete documentation for Director and insurers.
