Qualifications

• Active Missouri SLP licensure or eligibility with CCC‑SLP/CFY
• Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (Required)
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clear record
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a clinical team environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver play‑based, evidence‑based SLP services within a Therapy Through Play model
• Provide direct services to children and coaching to families during sessions
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans at regular intervals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide goals and progress
• Create engaging, therapy materials for language development
• Collaborate with families and staff on language support strategies
• Participate in team meetings and documentation for continuity of care
• Manage caseloads and complete required documentation efficiently
