  • Our Team: Join our collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and Administration. You'll benefit from cross‑disciplinary collaboration and unique special visits, including music facilitators, pet interactions, and other partnerships.

Role Overview & Core Details

The Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for delivering expert, play‑based, and evidence‑based services. This role focuses on clinical excellence within our unique "Therapy Through Play" model, collaborating closely with behavior analysts and families to support child‑led learning.

  • Reports To: Chief Clinical Officer
  • Location: Wright City (50%) & St. Peter's (50%) or Chesterfield (100%)
  • Type: Full-Time Clinical Staff
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (Required)
  • Compensation: * $65,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (No nights, no weekends, and no travel to client homes! )
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Work alongside a team of behavior analysts providing high‑quality early intervention services in a clinical setting focusing on play‑based learning.
  • Provide direction, instruction, and support to clients and family members during regularly scheduled sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate, individualized treatment plans for each student.
  • Develop and update treatment plans and individualized goals at least every three months.
  • Ensure all treatment methodologies are evidence‑based and reflect the most recent research findings.
  • Create engaging materials to be used for programming and assessment needs.
  • Collaborate with families and staff in the development of language support strategies.
  • Participate in team, staff, and parent meetings as needed to ensure clinical continuity.
  • Manage caseloads effectively and submit all required documentation promptly to the Director and insurance companies.
Essential Qualifications
Required Credentials & Education
  • Licensure: Active Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Missouri.
  • Certification: Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) or those with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP).
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (Required).
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clear record throughout employment.
