Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist to join its Early Intervention team in Western Massachusetts. You will work with children from birth to age three in family homes or community settings, providing essential assessments, treatment planning, and services to support each child's development.

Qualifications

• Current licensure by MA Board of Registration in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, or CF in progress to obtain CCC
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or completion of CF to qualify for CCC eligibility

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and collaborate with families to set goals
• Provide play-based, floor-level services in natural environments (homes, playgrounds, daycare)
• Work with EI interdisciplinary team to conduct developmental assessments (Battelle)
• Maintain accurate documentation (assessment reports, progress notes)
• Provide discipline-specific assessments and interventions to support communication development
