Job summary

The Alliance for Infants and Toddlers is seeking a Service Coordinator to serve families in Washington County, assisting children eligible for Early Intervention under PA Act 212. You will coordinate screenings, connect families with community resources, and work with medical providers to support child development.

The role requires strong documentation, ability to travel, drive a reliable vehicle, and a degree in a related field with experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in early intervention, early childhood special education, psychology, or related field with 1 year of related experience OR Associate’s degree with 3 years of related experience
Demonstrate knowledge of child development and conditions affecting development
Ability to administer and interpret child and family assessment instruments
Strong ability to maintain records and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

Explain Early Intervention services to families and coordinate screenings and assessments
Identify and coordinate community resources and services for children and families
Coordinate with medical and health providers
Maintain family notes and documentation per agency policies
Develop and review the Service Coordination Plan and the IFSP
Attend team meetings and complete required training
Ensure timely submission of paperwork and maintain caseload productivity
