This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Health and Human Services. This position is located at 141 Storage Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
This position involves working with families and providers to develop functional Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), work with multidisciplinary teams to determine families' needs for supports and services; conduct home visits, coordinate and facilitate services and transition planning, and participate in the authorization and monitoring of early intervention services.

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education, Psychology from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of professional experience working with the population served; or Bachelor’s degree in human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of professional experience working with the population served; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
