Job summary

Holly Ridge Center in Bremerton, Washington is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Infant Toddler Program, providing ABA-based supports to children from birth to age 3 and their families.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, RBTs implement individualized services in home and community settings, follow evidence-based practices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote communication, social skills, and independence in a neurodiversity-affirming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Complete RBT requirements through BACB and become CBT certified through the Washington State Department of Health.
• Infant/toddler training and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based services to infants/toddlers and their families.
• Work under supervision of BCBA to implement individualized plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and families to support communication and social skills.
