Job summary

Holly Ridge Center in Bremerton, WA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Infant Toddler Program, serving birth to age 3 and their families. As a BCBA, you will deliver behavior-analytic intervention, supervise technicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-centered, culturally diverse setting, with a hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• Infants and toddlers experience preferred.
• Knowledge of applied behavioral analysis.
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Special Education preferred.
• Knowledge of typical and atypical child development processes.
• Ability to supervise and train Behavior Technicians.
• Ability to make home visits.
• Meeting facilitation skills.
• Awareness of family economic and cultural issues as they relate to early intervention.
• Knowledge of Washington State Special Education regulations and/or federal early intervention law preferred.
• Knowledge of IFSP process preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, behavior-analytic intervention for ages birth to three within a medical and educational model.
• Evaluate, assess, treat, and provide consultation services within an interdisciplinary, family-centered system.
• Develop individual autism services plans and supervise Behavior Technicians in program implementation.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support families and children.
• Conduct home visits and participate in family-centered planning.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate scheduling using a streamlined platform.
