Job summary

Holly Ridge Center in Bremerton, WA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support infants and toddlers with ABA services under supervision of a BCBA. You will help implement individualized goals in home and community settings.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work with families to apply respectful, data-driven strategies that promote communication, social connection, play skills, and independence.

Qualifications

• Understanding of child development and supportive approaches.
• Experience with autism-focused ABA concepts is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback in practice.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Engage children in play-based learning to build skills.
• Model strategies to families for home learning activities.
• Support communication, social skills, and independence.
