Job summary

SOAR365 in Richmond, VA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our Early Intervention program to support infants and toddlers with developmental delays. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver family-centered therapies in the child’s natural environment.

You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team, mentor volunteers and interns, and uphold HIPAA and safety standards while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and state licensure are required.
• Proficiency in the latest therapeutic techniques is essential.
• Ability to use electronic health records (EHRs) and remote monitoring tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Reliability in transportation to travel to community-based appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive early intervention services with evaluations, clinical consultations, and direct therapy.
• Mentor volunteers and interns as part of the interdisciplinary team.
