Community Care Alliance is seeking a Program Manager for Early Intervention in Woonsocket, RI. This full-time role leads a family-centered EI program, supervises staff, and ensures program quality and compliance with funders and COA standards.

The position requires RI EI qualifications, a relevant advanced degree, and at least three years of direct-service experience with young children and families. Sign-on bonus included and extensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years direct-service experience with young children and families.
• Completion of advanced study for certification/licensure, or current RI EI qualified personnel license.
• Bachelor's, Master's or higher as RI EI requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision and mentor program staff.
• Oversee EI program operations, billing oversight, and audit responses.
• Coordinate referrals, trainings, and committee activities.
• Develop and implement operating procedures and annual Logic Model.
