Job summary

Autism Care Partners (ACP) is seeking a Center Director for its ACP Early Intervention division in New York. The role oversees center operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with outreach to strengthen referral sources.

You will supervise teachers and therapists and lead staff development efforts. The position emphasizes collaboration with families, adherence to IFSP goals, and program quality across ABA, speech, and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or equivalent related experience.
• 0-grade 2 early childhood special needs certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Train and orient center-based staff.
• Schedule staff and parent workshops on clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with related service providers; supervise teachers and aides.
• Ensure programs are appropriate and individualized; communicate with families.
• Manage compliance with NY EI, DOH, and daycare regulations; monitor enrollment/utilization.
• Liaise with NYC EI and DOT vendor; oversee enrollment capacity and capacity planning.
• Maintain supervisory files for staff; ensure monthly professional development as required.
