Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver pediatric services across our Massachusetts catchment. Responsibilities include home-based visits, screenings, assessments, and collaborating with a trans-disciplinary team to support families and care providers.

The role requires MA PT licensure, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365. Pediatric experience preferred; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required.
• Pediatric experience is preferred (2 years).
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.

Job description

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.

Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.

Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.

Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.

Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.

Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.

Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.

Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
