Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc in Medford, MA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric services birth to 3 years, including home visits and community-based programs. A trans-disciplinary team will support screenings, assessments, and family coaching to promote developmental gains.

The role requires MA licensure in Physical Therapy, pediatric experience, strong communication, and ability to coordinate an Individual Family Service Plan within catchment areas.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
  

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
