Job summary

Abilene Regional Growth Alliance is seeking a qualified coordinator for the STEP program focused on coordinated specialty care for first-episode psychosis in adults. The role involves directing mental health services, outreach, and skill-building to empower recovery.

The position requires a Bachelor's in social/behavioral sciences with a QMHP CS certification and at least some experience in mental health services; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social, behavioral or human services is required; MS degree preferred.
• QMHP CS certification is required.
• Experience in mental health services is preferred.
• Experience in supported employment or housing services preferred.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and be insurable to drive as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and provide rehabilitative services for adults meeting FEP eligibility under STEP.
• Assist eligible individuals to clarify goals, cope with stress, and overcome barriers to recovery.
• Engage in outreach and recruitment activities and maintain professional documentation.
