Bright Beginnings' Case Manager Early Intervention Service Coordinator assists families of children from birth to age three with developmental delays to obtain services under federal law. Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in education, case management, and/or related work with children and/or families.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications, email, and internet; intermediate preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment with records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High initiative and independent judgment with strong follow-up.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Effective record-keeping and office procedures.
• Clear spoken and written communication with the public, staff, and patrons.
• Experience with EIDS (preferred) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Assist families of children birth to age three to obtain services under federal law.
• Coordinate developmental evaluations and family assessments.
• Oversee services on the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Coordinate transition activities and work on a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide supports and resources to families and caregivers to promote learning and development.
