Davies Institute for Speech & Hearing in Katy, TX seeks a dedicated Teaching Assistant – Early Intervention Classroom to support the Education Manager and clinical team in a language-rich environment for children ages 12 months to 5 years. The role emphasizes administrative tasks, scheduling, enrollment logistics, inventory, and event coordination within a small, family-centered pediatric clinic.

Working Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with a starting salary of $40,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain organized digital and physical files, calendars, checklists, deadline trackers, and standard operating workflows.
• Maintain a visible task and follow-up system; complete assigned projects without repeated prompting and provide concise status updates.
• Prepare meeting agendas, schedules, routine correspondence, action-item logs, and documentation for the Education Manager.
