Job summary

Beanstalk Academy is seeking an Early Intervention ABA/SI Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA/SI therapy to children aged 0–3 in home, daycare, or center-based settings in the New York area.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, NYS B-2 Teaching certification (SWD), and prior ABA experience with a focus on early intervention. Flexible scheduling and collaborative teamwork support families and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field.
• NYS B-2 Teaching certification (SWD).
• Previous ABA experience required; early intervention experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Early Intervention ABA/SI Therapist to join our team. As an ABA/SI Therapist, you will provide one-on-one ABA/SI therapy to children (ages 0–3) in home, daycare, and/or center-based settings.

Compensation:

[$75–$85 per 30min session]

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home or community-based therapy sessions
• Coach and educate parents/caregivers on strategies to support communication
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with service coordinators and other providers (OT, PT, etc.)
