Job summary

Fast Track ABA Center in Texas is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician to provide clinical skills instruction and implement ABA-based programs for children with ASD and developmental disabilities. Under BCBA supervision, you will collect data, assist with parent training, and help clients develop skills across discrete trial and natural environment teaching.

This role emphasizes evidence-based practice and data-driven progress.

Qualifications

• Must follow BCBA-approved treatment plans and protocols.
• Ability to collect accurate data on client progress.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training aligned with each client's plan.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans prepared by the BCBA.
• Assist parents and caregivers with training related to programs.
• Communicate client progress with parents as instructed by BCBA.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of services.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Attend ongoing education and training sessions.
• Uphold ethical standards and company policies.
