Job summary

Fast Track ABA Center is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician to support children with developmental disabilities in our Richmond, Texas center. The role emphasizes direct client care, structured ABA protocols, and collaboration with BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, help with parent training, and contribute to ongoing program evaluation to advance independence and daily living skills in clients. Fast Track ABA Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Provides direct client care in one-to-one and group settings using ABA techniques.
• Follows prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Assists parents and caregivers with training aligned with each client’s treatment plan.
• Effectively communicates with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Assists BCBA with materials, assessments, and data tracking.
• Maintains confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.
• Attends ongoing education and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings.
• Follow ABA protocols in client treatment plans as prepared by the BCBA.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training aligned with each client’s plan.
• Communicate client progress to families per BCBA guidance.
• Support BCBA with data collection and material preparation.
• Maintain accurate data entry and secure client records.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, ethics, and company policies.
