Infant Toddler CDA credential (PG E-3) or CDA in process with 12-month coursework; 24-month CDA goal.
Enrolled CDA program with coursework completed within 12 months and credential within 24 months.

Responsibilities

Role modeling program mission, goals, and child development practices.
Screen assigned children within the first 45 days of enrollment.
Create an engaging, positive, instructional environment.
Develop and implement lesson plans and individualized goals.
Conduct ongoing assessments and communicate progress to parents.
Maintain children’s health, welfare, and safety; supervise adequately.
Hold semi-annual home visits and parent-teacher conferences.
Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners to support school readiness.
