Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 18+ credit hours in ECE (PG E-5)
• Associate degree in ECE with 18+ credit hours (PG E-4)
• Infant Toddler CDA credential (PG E-3)
• Enrolled in Infant Toddler CDA with coursework within 12 months and CDA within 24 months (PG E-2)

Responsibilities

• Role modeling knowledge of program mission and child development practices.
• Screen assigned children within the first 45 days of enrollment.
• Create an engaging, positive, and interactive instructional environment.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and individualized goals.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to support instruction and share progress with parents.
• Maintain children's health, welfare, and safety; conduct home visits and parent-teacher conferences.
