• Knowledge of Early Head Start practices, ability to communicate effectively, and familiarity with MS Word/Excel; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Role modeling knowledge of program mission, goals, and child development practices.
• Screen enrolled children within the first 45 days.
• Create engaging instructional environments and develop lesson plans with individualized goals.
• Conduct ongoing assessments, monitor progress, and share information with parents.
• Maintain child health, welfare, and safety; conduct home visits and parent-teacher conferences.
