• Infant/Toddler CDA or 120 credit hours in Infant Toddler.
• Must possess at a minimum level 2 ECE/IT Gateways Credential.
• By 2024, obtain Gateways to Opportunity Infant Toddler Credential Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive climate and support social-emotional development.
• Work with toddlers and two-year-olds; ensure safety and routine adherence.
• Develop weekly lesson plans with individualized approaches.
• Complete developmental and social-emotional screenings.
• Conduct home visits and parent conferences; engage families.
• Refer children with disabilities to appropriate staff and services.
• Collaborate with families to support learning at home.
• Maintain health and safety practices and classroom routines.
• Attend trainings and document professional development progress.
