Job summary

Arizona Early Head Start, operated by Learning Care Group, Inc., seeks a Lead Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct young children birth to 3 years, tailoring activities to each childs needs and program requirements.

You will lead classroom management, ensure licensing compliance, mentor fellow teachers, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Associate's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or CDA in Infant/Toddler.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess and instruct based on the needs of each child and program requirements.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and Head Start requirements.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
