Job summary

Wonderspring is seeking an Early Head Start Float at our Pottstown Center to provide flexible support across two classrooms (Infant and Toddler). You will help ensure consistent care and coverage throughout the day.

Qualified candidates will have an Infant/Toddler CDA credential (or be willing to earn it with a free course), 2+ years of experience with children, and a commitment to confidentiality, safety, and teamwork. This position pays $15.75–$17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Infant/Toddler CDA credential (or willingness to earn it with a free course).
• 2+ years of experience working with children, infants and toddlers preferred.
• Ability to keep information private.
• Must obtain all required clearances and complete a Health Assessment with TB screening prior to employment.
• Basic knowledge of childcare rules.

About the Position

Wonderspring, a nonprofit early childhood education organization, is seeking dedicated team members to support our Early Head Start program (ages 0-3) at our Pottstown Center.
