Otero College Child Development Services in La Junta seeks an EEHS Education/Disabilities Manager to lead educational experiences for Early Head Start children and ensure compliance with Head Start standards. You will supervise EHS teachers and home visitors, coordinate school readiness goals, and drive ongoing staff development.

The role requires a Bachelor or Master’s in early childhood education or equivalent, plus two years of teaching with young children and staff supervision experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or master’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant teaching experience with preschool children, infants or toddlers.
• Experience supervising staff.
• First Aid and Infant/Child CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days.

• Ensure the development and implementation of appropriate educational experiences for all Early Head Start children.
• Provide leadership and support to EHS teachers and home visitors.
• Develop and update program School Readiness goals with the Head Start Education Manager.
